Some important news about our bachelor's and master’s programs in Adelaide. Le Cordon Bleu Australia’s strategic plan has led us to concentrate on our vocational training only for this campus, while leaving our other campuses in Melbourne and Sydney to grow their Higher Education offerings.

As such, moving forward, the new intakes for the following programs will only be available at our campuses in Melbourne and Sydney:

Bachelor of Business (BBUS)

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Bachelor of Business in International Hotel Management (BIHM)

Bachelor of Business in International Restaurant Management (BIRM)

In addition to this, the University of South Australia – our partner delivering Le Cordon Bleu’s postgraduate program in Adelaide – has had to reassess its program offerings in light of the university’s impending merger with The University of Adelaide. Due to this, the decision was made to cease any new delivery of the Master of International Hospitality Management (MIHM) degree.

Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring our students are able to continue their studies and graduate with no impact on these changes. We will continue to offer our undergraduate and postgraduate programs at our campuses in Melbourne and Sydney.

Undergraduate programs

The Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Business Administration programs are still available in Sydney and, as of this year, in Melbourne. The Bachelor of Business programs specialising in Hotel Management and Restaurant Management (BIRM and BIHM) are also available in Sydney, should students wish to continue pursuing these programs.

Postgraduate programs

Le Cordon Bleu Australia continues to offer two master’s programs in Melbourne. These are the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Applied Hospitality Management (MAHM), delivered in partnership with Holmesglen at its state-of-the-art Chadstone campus.
