Pre-Masters Program

Students who want to progress to a master's degree at UNSW Sydney and need a little more support to meet the entry requirements can now do so through this short 15-week program.

Offered in Engineering or Information Technology specialisation, a Pre-Masters program equips students with the academic, research, analytical and English language skills needed to succeed in their chosen master's degree at UNSW Sydney.

On successful completion, students may progress to the following master’s degrees:

Master of Engineering (8621)

Master of Engineering Science (8338)

Master of Information Technology (8543)

Based on English level and specialisation, students may also be eligible for up to 12 units of credit (2 subjects) towards their chosen master’s degree at UNSW Sydney.
