Amenities: Check what amenities are offered, such as laundry facilities, internet access, study rooms, kitchen facilities, etc.

Contracts: Read the rental agreement carefully. Understand the terms and conditions, including the duration of the lease, payment terms, rules, and procedures for breaking the lease.

Inspections: If possible, inspect the accommodation before moving in. Check for any damage, cleanliness, and functioning of appliances, and make sure to report any issues to the landlord immediately.
